Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)

Rockdale ISD is switching to Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for Elementary and Intermediate students:

Rockdale ISD announced a change to its policy for serving meals to children served under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for Rockdale Elementary and Rockdale Intermediate Schools for the 2021-2022 school year. Schools qualifying to operate the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) provide breakfast and lunch to all children at no charge and eliminate the collection of meal applications for free, reduced-price, and paid student meals. This new approach reduces burdens for both families and school administrators and helps ensure that students receive nutritious meals.

At this time students are only eligible for (CEP) at the Elementary and Intermediate schools. If you have a student at the Junior High and or High School, you will still need to fill out a meal application.
