Work Order Requests

SchoolDude Maintenance Direct

All work order requests, regardless of service type, can be entered into the SchoolDude Maintenance Direct system. Our dispatcher will then route your request to the appropriate supervisor for action.

Rockdale ISD partners with SchoolDude for reporting and managing the flow of work order requests.

Facility Alteration Request Process

All projects must have Supervisor approval before being reviewed. Please forward an email from supervisor approving project to lweilder@rockdaleisd.net.

This form should be used to request alternations to building and grounds above normal maintenance. The form must be submitted for review and approval 30 days before the start of the project.

All documents for project funds/services must be received before the project will be considered. All project material selections and detailing must conform to District standards and specifications. Documents should be emailed to conform to District standards and specifications. Documents should be emailed to lweidler@rockdaleisd.net. All requests must be approved by the Maintenance Department prior to the beginning of any work or expenditure of fund.
