The opening line will state that this is call from your child’s school, so please do not hang up when you hear a computer speaking.

The School Messenger system will allow the district to send emergency notifications to all contact numbers of all students should there be an emergency or crisis situation. The new phone system can reach hundreds of households in a matter of minutes. It will also allow schools to send important notices such as school holidays, school closings, half days, bus delays, testing dates, open house, concert dates, etc. to keep parents informed of timelines and activities that affect individual students. In the future, parents may receive notifications via text messaging and email as well as their primary home phone. This concludes the test of our call notification system.
